Pharma Company Says It Cured HIV
A Maryland pharmaceutical company claims that it has cured HIV. The company has filed a 1,000-page application with the FDA as a first step in getting the new therapy to market.
American Gene Technologies calls their gene therapy program AGT 103-T.
“We are doing this with a purpose with improving people’s living, relieving suffering and increasing their lifespan,” Irene Tennant said, via CNN.
They claim their new drug will “eradicate HIV once and for all.”
If the application is approved, clinical trials are set to begin as early as January.
