Giveaway Terms

The following is our terms associated with our Stealth Angel Survival bug out bag, backpack, giveaway.

You must be one of our “active subscribers” in order to be eligible to win the prize. An active subscriber will be defined as someone who has opened at least one of our last five newsletters. Each month on the 26th day, we will segment our PrepForThat active subscribers by segmenting down to those who have opened one of our last five sent newsletters from [email protected]. We will use random.org as our drawing software. Winners will be emailed of their prize eligibility the same day. If a winner does not respond after 7 days, a new winner will be drawn using the same method and the previous winner will be deemed no longer eligible for the prize.

New subscribers are immediately sent a welcome email.

Cash Reward in event of complications.

In the event the survival bag is no longer in stock or deliverability issues hinder the transaction or the price has fluctuated above the non-promotional listed price of $69.95, the winner will be compensated $69.95 in USD cash via PayPal transaction. We reserve to the right to purchase the product at lower costs from other vendors or as marketed by Stealth Angel Survival.

Deliverability issues will be subject to the opinion of PrepForThat’s presiding owner. If it is found that delivery is too expensive or too complex in nature, cash prize as determined in the above paragraph will be distributed via PayPal. Cash prize compensation of $69.95 can be rewarded in place of the promoted item without any given reason.
