Hollywood Fears Kevin Hart, So They Ousted Him (Here’s Why)
Comedian Kevin Hart is stepping down as host of this year’s Oscars following condemnation over old Tweets that are being called “homophobic.” But was this just another case of a person’s refusal to comply with the elite’s agenda?
Actor and comedian Billy Eichner was first to put Hart on blast and question his Oscars hosting gig.
Between 2009 and 2011, Hart tweeted that he’d be displeased if his son were to be gay.
“Yo if my son comes home & try’s 2 play with my daughters doll house I’m going 2 break it over his head & say n my voice ‘stop that’s gay’.”
Whether or not the tweets were part of his act is unclear. Some Twitter users called out old segments of his show, as well. The mob attacked fast and furious.
Hart initially refused to apologize, even at the request of the Academy; hence, he’s been pulled as Oscars host.
“I swear man our world is becoming beyond crazy,” Hart said in the clip. “I’m not going to let the craziness frustrate me or anger me especially when I worked hard to get to the mental space that I am at now.”
Hart continued, “My team calls me, ‘Oh my God, Kevin, the world is upset about tweets you did years ago.’ Oh my God. Guys, I’m almost 40 years old. If you don’t believe that people grow, change, evolve as they get older, I don’t know what to tell you.”
“If you want to hold people in a position where they always have to justify or explain their past — then do you,” he added. “I’m the wrong guy, man. I’m in a great place, a great mature place where all I do is spread positivity. If you’re not doing that, you’re not on my page.”

Stop looking for reasons to be negative…Stop searching for reasons to be angry….I swear I wish you guys could see/feel/understand the mental place that I am in. I am truly happy people….there is nothing that you can do to change that…NOTHING. I work hard on a daily basis to spread positivity to all….with that being said. If u want to search my history or past and anger yourselves with what u find that is fine with me. I’m almost 40 years old and I’m in love with the man that I am becoming. You LIVE and YOU LEARN & YOU GROW & YOU MATURE. I live to Love….Please take your negative energy and put it into something constructive. Please….What’s understood should never have to be said. I LOVE EVERYBODY…..ONCE AGAIN EVERYBODY. If you choose to not believe me then that’s on you….Have a beautiful day
But Hart eventually conceded to Tweeting out an apology and simultaneously stepping down as Oscar’s host.
“I have made the choice to step down from hosting this year’s Oscar’s….this is because I do not want to be a distraction on a night that should be celebrated by so many amazing talented artists. I sincerely apologize to the LGBTQ community for my insensitive words from my past,” he tweeted.
“I’m sorry that I hurt people.. I am evolving and want to continue to do so. My goal is to bring people together not tear us apart. Much love & appreciation to the Academy. I hope we can meet again.”
Eichner accepted the apology and suggested that Planned Parenthood host the show.
“I’m no saint. We just wanted a little understanding, a little explanation. Apologies are tough – they leave you vulnerable. Toxic masculinity is real. I deal with it in my own way too. So on that note, I appreciate @KevinHart4real apologizing. And apology accepted. That’s all,” Eichner tweeted.
“I will not rest until the Oscars are hosted by the cast of Love Simon, the ghost of Harvey Milk and the entire executive board of Planned Parenthood,” he joked.
Hart’s Past Refusal To Condemn Trump May Have Caught Up With Him
Back in August, Hart, likely under pressure from Hollywood elitists to use his enormous audience reach to slam President Trump, sternly defended his position to “make people laugh.”
During an interview with The Daily Beast, the comedian said, “The way that I see it, my job as a comedian is to spread positivity. To make people laugh, and I don’t want to draw attention to what’s already pissing us as a people off.”
And it wasn’t Hart’s first time to clarify his position on the anti-Trump joke position.
“When you jump into that political realm you’re alienating some of your audience,” Hart told Variety back in May.
Hart makes multiple points with his stance. Comedians should attack anything they like with their act, that’s their job. But putting Trump on blast is a worn out act. Hart is the world’s richest comedian for a reason – because he is good at what he does. Stale, worn out content doesn’t sell out massive stadiums.
The core problem here, of course, is that Hart inevitably alienated a staunch base of his celebrity colleagues. At least, that’s what most likely happened.
Hollywood Knew Hart Would Be Unlikely To Slam Trump During Oscars, Something That’s Now An Engrained Script
Hart’s past interviews show that the comedian would have been unlikely to use his Oscars stage platform to slam Trump. Every Hollywood awards show uses the stage as a base for anti-Trump rhetoric.
How would the Oscars have handled Hart refusing to read Trump bashing lines throughout the show? Hart would contend that he’s not willing to alienate his base, but that wouldn’t likely be acceptable reasoning for not kowtowing the typical script.
Back In August Hart Alluded To Trump/NFL Drama
“At this game, you guys are allowed to kneel,” he said. “You can do whatever the hell you want. There’s no old white man that can stop you. Do it!”
Clearly, Hart is taking a jab at Trump’s attacks on the NFL for players kneeling.
But Hart one-line jab at the President is hardly in line with Hollywood’s expectations. Additionally, players kneeling at NFL games is outlier stuff. Many people who voted for Trump could care less if NFL players kneel.
To host the Oscars, Hollywood needs a truly committed Trump hater. Hart would be unlikely to make the show about Trump’s policies because, as he’s said, he doesn’t want to alienate his base. That business decision, until today’s mob retaliation, has built him into the richest comic of all time.
Hart’s tweets between 2009 and 2011 somehow just surfaced.
Doesn’t the timing seem convenient?
With Hart about to take the biggest Award show stage of the year, he could not be relied upon to “follow the script.” So liberal mobs dug up old Tweets and lynched him. That’s what happened.
Taylor Swift’s Long Endured Political Condemnation A Blueprint For Hart Drama
Remember Taylor Swift’s long absence from political speak? That ended abruptly once the mid-term election campaigns got heated. In early October of 2018, Swift announced her support for two Democrats, Phil Bredesen, and Jim Cooper. Both candidates were running for House seats. Swift also declared she wouldn’t be supporting popular Tennesee Senate candidate Marsha Blackburn. Blackburn eventually won.
Swift’s political stances and views are hers to own. It’s not my place to judge her, nor to care. That’s not what this is about. It’s about an entertainer who staunchly refused to politicize her own career for a long stretch of time, but seemingly out of nowhere, became ultra-political.
Swift endured almost two years of pressure from mainstream media journalists, other musicians and actors, and a sect of extremist left fans. One year prior to Swift’s midterm declarations, she was ousted by one of the world’s most-read online magazines for her refusal to lambaste Trump publicly.
“In the year since Donald Trump was elected, the entertainment world has been largely united in its disdain for his presidency,” A Guardian editorial read, “But a notable voice has been missing from the chorus: that of Taylor Swift, the world’s biggest pop star. Her silence is striking, highlighting the parallels between the singer and the president: their adept use of social media to foster a diehard support base; their solipsism; their laser focus on the bottom line; their support among the ‘alt-right.’”
The editorial absurdly concluded that Swift’s silence on all things Trump was “a product of her inward gaze, perhaps, or her pettiness and refusal to concede to critics. Swift seems not simply a product of the age of Trump, but a musical envoy for the president’s values.”
In other words, Taylor Swift is a self-involved b$%t that can’t see past her one trivial life to help the greater good.
The article fueled online campaigns to boycott Swift’s music over not saying anything.
If that’s not an indicator that a portion of our herd is indoctrinated to NAZI and Fascist ideology, I’m not sure what is.
One has to wonder if Swift’s eventual midterm rhetoric a year later occurred just before the mob lynched her. If you search anyone’s past deeply enough, you’ll find something. Liberals know this.
And now, so does Kevin Hart.
The Kevin Hart and Taylor Swift sagas are almost one and the same, except one of the two conceded to the mob’s wishes. The other did not. So now, Kevin Hart, the world’s most successful comedian; a man who sells out stadiums typically reserved for NFL teams, is now graveling for Hollywood to take him back.
Hart’s Likely To Lose Millions, Now
Hart’s response to the incident immediately triggered celebrities far and wide, including Jamie Lee Curtis.
Homophobia is not positivity.
— Jamie Lee Curtis (@jamieleecurtis) December 7, 2018
For Hart, not only did his non-political comedic tours make him a target, but so did his success. Hart’s everything the extreme Liberals claim doesn’t exist. He’s black, he’s incomprehensibly rich, and he is/was going on to get richer.
But now the Hollywood mob has him in their sights. They get to now choose a representative of their’s to host the show. The Oscars are suffering from extremely poor ratings, canceling the world’s most famous and successful comedian as the host isn’t likely to help matters.
