New Jersey Gov. Says He Will Executive Order Gun Laws

new jersey gun laws

New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy has announced that he intends to sign six executive orders that will amount to much stricter gun laws. New Jersey already has some of the strictest gun laws in the nation, however, Murphy feels that federal law isn’t doing enough; hence, he will override the system with an authoritarian’s pen.

The laws he intends to sign into law will be:

  • Magazine capacity reduced from 15 to 10.
  • A full ban on armor-piercing bullets.
  • Increasing the already strict “justifiable need” conceal carry law (essentially, it is near impossible to get a conceal carry permit in the state, as it stands)
  • Deeper background checks for those in private gun sales.
  • Making it a simpler process to seize weapons from those determined to be a threat to themselves or others.

Additionally, Murphy intends to “shame” other states in the region for their gun laws, claiming that any gun violence occurring inside of New Jersey is related to their weaker laws.

“If it means naming and shaming other states, that’s exactly what we’re going do,” he stated at the news conference.

What he’s specifically saying is that he will now be publishing crime reports every three months which include the gun’s original state’s origin.

“As painful as that may be, we’re gonna shine a light on the data,” Murphy said. “No one should be lulled into a false sense that gun crimes are some other town’s problems or that illegal guns don’t impact their communities.”

For law-abiding gun owners, their days are becoming more and more numbered. More concerning is the fact that these new gun laws coincide with proposed tighter mandatory vaccine laws, specifically involving the HPV vaccine. Indeed, this translates into a state that is overriding the constitution in the realm of gun rights while simultaneously creating more and more draconian vaccine laws. The new mandatory vaccine bill for Gardasil is titled, A3818.  The law would no longer permit HPV vaccine exemptions based solely on parental signatures. Instead, parents will need to have a more detailed documentation notarized.

If the people aren’t concerned, they simply are asleep at the wheel. New Jersey, like California, is fleecing the rights of citizens away at an astounding and concerning rate. Unfortunately, liberals being shuffled into the fascist piping are aware of their losses and support subjugation. The politicians realize they can trample rights of citizens without fear of resistance. And once the citizens are fully-disarmed, the task of taxing the herd to death, forcing them to medicate their kids with numerous drugs, and the abolishment of parental rights becomes much more fluid and easy.
