New Jersey Home Abruptly Collapses Into Flat Rubble

A home in Hamilton Township, New Jersey collapsed. There were three persons inside of the home when it seemingly randomly collapsed, there is no report as to whether they are injured.

Neighbors claim to have detected a gas odor in the air prior to the home collapsing. The scene was immediately filled with firefighters digging through the rummage of what is now completely flattened remains of a home.

An investigation is now open into what caused the home to violently and abruptly collapse. I should make the point that the home collapsed, it did not fall into a sinkhole. There are no reports of the sound of an explosion, at least yet, which might indicate a gas explosion. Clearly, homes don’t randomly collapse for no good reason.
