Oregon DHS To Remove Children From Foster Parents Who Contract Coronavirus
The state of Oregon ranks 40th in the United States for coronavirus deaths, however, Governor Kate Brown is showing little indication that she’ll reopen the state for business anytime soon. As protests throughout her state mount, she extended Oregon’s state of emergency to July 6th. To be clear, a state of emergency and a stay at home/shutdown order aren’t one and the same. However, the state of emergency tends to indicate extended shutdown orders. Oregon should have opened back up already given its numbers, but the democrat led state seems to be dug in for a long shutdown run that will eradicate almost every brick and mortar small business in the state.
This morning, Oregon is under fire again for a different coronavirus draconian order. According to a new law, the state will remove children from foster homes if one or both parents contract coronavirus. The state will place the children in what’s known as “substitute care.”
You can find a copy of the law on Oregon’s Department of Human Services webpage (here).
In these cases, a simple asymptomatic coronavirus diagnosis, or even one with mild symptoms, deems a parent “unable to support” their children. The World Health Organization’s executive director, Michael Ryan, seems to have pitched the original idea.
“Now we need to go and look in families to find those people who may be sick, and remove them and isolate them”
Does anyone know who this is?

Today’s coronavirus pandemic is tragically being leveraged to steal our rights and impose a deeper, more hardened version of government control. Our generation has lost its innocence. As protests continue to brew up around the country, it will be imperative that groups such as ReOpen America and others continue to place pressure on politicians far and wide.
