REPORT: Bill Clinton Angrily Threw Hillary’s Manuscript In Trash
Hillary Clinton’s blame game tour regarding her brutal loss to President Trump has continued in hardback format. Her book, What Happened, revisits all the reasons she claims she lost her run at the Presidency (hint, none of the reasons include that Trump was a great candidate nor that she was a poor one). Her blame list identifies white women, former NYC mayor Rudy Giuliani, some black people, Bernie Sanders, Wikileaks, Anthony Weiner, age discrimination, having to present an ID at voting stations, the electoral college, the DNC and women who were terrified to stand up to their husbands.
Sounds like a riveting read, honestly.
Her book claims the world was against her throughout her lackluster campaign, which included her never visiting the state of Wisconsin (a state she lost). It now appears she has one more person to potentially fume over. Her husband. And no, this time it isn’t for sexual improprieties.
Edward Klein, the author of several books over the Clintons, claims that Bill Clinton tried to talk Hillary out of publishing the harsh angles in her book. Klein claims he told Hillary she was potentially going to lose months before election day and tried to encourage her to campaign in Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Michigan. Maybe Bill was on to something strategic here? Just maybe….
Here’s an excerpt from Daily Wire.
“Before Hillary sent the manuscript to her publisher, she gave it to Bill to read, and he made major changes with a red pencil,” said a close Clinton family friend. “But she refused to even read his corrections, and he got so furious that he tossed the entire manuscript into the garbage.
“He told her the book made her look bewildered, angry and confused, and that those were poor qualities in a person who aspired to be a world leader,” the friend continued.
“He hated the title because calling it ‘What Happened’ would only make people say, ‘You lost.’ He urged her to postpone the pub date and rewrite the book, but she yelled at him and said, ‘The book is finished and that’s how it’s going to be published.’”
According to Klein, Hillary told Bill “he was delusional.” Incredibly, Clinton not campaigning in those rust belt states is exactly the issue (at least, most likely). Those should have been blue states, but she took them for granted and Trump sold them a new path. And so far, they remain favorable of him. Yesterday Trump removed more coal restrictions, it is difficult to imagine that didn’t make the people of Pennsylvania happy. The state is still short of any democrat presence. With mid-terms on the horizon, you’d think the “RESIST” movement would morph into the “we have a real legitimate candidate movement” so they could have a shot at winning back seats in the House and Senate.
It sounds as if Bill Clinton knew a thing or two throughout the process and that Hillary simply refused to listen. And that ended up costing her a massive scale. But further baffling, if we are to believe Klein’s statements, is that Hillary continues to ignore political and marketing logic. Is she that bitter and entitled? Husband Bill knows a thing or two about winning elections, you have to give the man that at least.
Don’t look for Hillary’s blame game tour to end anytime soon, even if her book turns out to be a big massive failure. Clinton still seems heavily involved in the anti-Trump movement, even from a financial standpoint. In other words, she’s still hoping to undermine the American people’s government for the sake of her own lust for revenge.
Democrats (and many Republicans) continue to fight all Trump related policies no matter what the cost to the American people is. But there are indications that people are growing tired of such antics. Although approval ratings for Trump are down (should we really trust polls again), social media sentiment for Trump seems to be growing more positively. Mostly, liberal resistance is being exposed as counter-productive. It is difficult to believe the “resistance” movement is going to yield positive results for Democrats, but I suppose stranger things have happened in the world.
