Stormy Daniels Arrested In Undercover Sting Operation
Her attorney, Michael Avenatti, claims the alleged “touching” was done in a “non-sexual way.”
Daniels was performing on the stage at the time of her alleged violation. Three officers were stage-side when Daniels is said to have touched officers with her breasts, one officer is said to have had Daniels’ breast in her face. The officers, who were undercover at the time, called in a fourth officer to assist in the matter.
Daniels was released at 6 AM on bail, according to WSYX.
Daniels is expected to enter a plea of “not guilty,” according to Avenatti.
My client @StormyDaniels will issue a plea of “Not Guilty” to the three misdemeanor charges.

Of course, the news of Daniels’ arrest caused some people in online forums to conclude that the undercover sting was retaliation for the adult actress’s dramatic media driven scandal involving the President.
Stormy Daniels being punished because the president who wants to overturn Roe is trying to tarnish her credibility sends a very clear message to women – Under this administration it’s only ok for us to be touched when we don’t want to be.
